"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "Do make sure you and your contractor understand each other and explain exactly what you need and want.  Most often
old homes will have problems with dry rot, termites, old electrical and a good contractor lets you know you have these problems and will give you an estimate of what it will cost to fix them.  My opinion is if you are going to have a job done you should not mask problems.  We were fortunate not to have had dry rot.  The bones of our house was in very good condition.  However, our electrical panel was going to need replacing.  If you have your home already open to reside or whatever you are doing the extra time and cost is worth it.

This gave me piece of mind knowing that every one was on the same page and held to Chriswell’s high standards. I was especially impressed with Dante and Merlin. Out the gate Dante made sure that I always knew what was going on and encouraged me to ask him anything if I had any questions. Which I did. Having Dante working on my bathroom being a third Generation remodeler and with his decades of experience made me even more confident that I had made the right decision. Dante added some little details which really meant a lot to me and definitely enhanced the overall look of the bathroom. Dante and Merlin where both respectful, worked hard and keep there work site tidy and clean. I could not have asked for two better workmen to do this project.
