"I'm a deep value oriented consumer and this guy is one of the best contractors I've come across for the money. Why would you want to pay for the administrative and marketing costs which comes with the fees charged by the big box guys. D-Day is a true professional and a master craftsman at his work. I've hired him to replace a water heater, install a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as miscellaneous plumbing repairs with exemplary results. I wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere."

"The young technicians who came to my home to installed the new thermostat and move it to another wall in my home were polite and conducted themselves professionally in my home and cleaned after themselves. I very appreciated Uri suggestion when he recommended to me another alternative at the initial visit and gave me a few quotes to choose from. So I'm very happy with ER service and I would rehired these two individuals back to my home. I will definitely recommend ER to other people in my life."

"We've had a lot of renovation work done on our house over the last several years, and Superior Kitchens And Baths was the best company that we've worked with overall. Jane, Brandon, and their entire crew and subcontractors were all great to work with. They were very responsive, hard working, professional, stuck closely to their schedules, and did high quality work across the board. Additionally, Jane, Brandon, and Dustin are genuinely nice people that were great to get to know and interact with throughout the effort. From the start, Jane and Brandon came up with creative solutions to allow us to get everything we wanted in the renovation, and figured out potential pitfalls and workarounds before the work even started. They were great with helping us decide on overall designs and individual items throughout the work. They put together a thorough breakdown of costs for their proposal that they tracked throughout the effort, as well as a schedule that they stuck closely to. When unforeseen circumstances came up with folks getting sick and being unable to work, Brandon worked long days and weekends to keep caught up with their schedule. They seemed to treat the job like it was their own house. Overall, we'd highly recommend them, and would hire them again for any future work."

"We are extremely pleased with the work. We are a small self-managed condo association that hired Escala Construction to complete a number of projects, several of which were city mandated. Ivaldo did an outstanding job of managing the requirements and oversight of the city as well as the special requirements of our condo association to obtain detailed documentation of the work and to follow specific payment plans. He provided references and estimates beforehand, timely and open communication in regards to any new findings or possible solutions during the work, and cleaned spaces afterward. Ivaldo was excellent about providing the longest lasting, highest quality solutions that fit our budget."

"Todd was great, he lives close by and was always very attentive, very willing to offer advice and any other help as far as choosing bathroom items, measurements, etc. The project took approximately one and a half months from demolition to completion. Todd was present from beginning to end and completed most of the work himself, he hired out an electrician and a plumber."

"Chris gave me a very reasonable price to install the laundry in basement . The job was done quickly, inspection passed. I am very happy with his work. I will definitely hire him again!"

"We have worked with Sila for many years. They installed 2 hot air gas furnaces at my South Boston rental property a few years ago. They have serviced 4 systems each year. Last month, they installed 2 new gas furnaces. The sales rep was great to work with and gave us a substantial credit to make the numbers work for us to install the 2 systems. The team of 7 arrived early the next day, installed each system, then an inspection by the lead tech was done after that. The job was done in one day. Everyone was and always is very professional and very good to work with. They do the job and clean up after. They provide 24 hour service which I need having a rental property. They are reliable and I can always get someone to go out to the house no matter what time it is. They always call you right back when calling after hours. The prices may seem a bit higher than other companies for emergency or any service but it's well worth it because they respond and show up. They also offer many specials for tune ups, plumbing, etc. I highly recommend Sila for any of your heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs."

"CMS Plumbing is excellent. I needed to replace my old water heater, and while doing that, I had three other jobs done as well. I reached out to about eight plumbers, and about three replied. CMS Pluming is the only one who visited my house (Dave, one of the owners of CMS) and the only one to provide a quotation in writing, rather than just an estimate. CMS Plumbing is large enough for someone (Lisa) to be able to answer calls during normal business hours, and professionally schedule the work, which was not an emergency. When Dave visited, he took the time to explain the various options. When Dave's plumbers came to my home, Dave stopped by to make sure that the work was going well, which it was. After all the work was done, there was a minor problem with the kitchen faucet a few days later. I called, they came over, and solved the problem in a few minutes for free. I highly recommend CMS Plumbing for major plumbing repairs and installations. They stand behind their work, which is well done. They are probably excellent for other work, such as emergencies and new plumbing, as well. Details of the four jobs: (1) Replaced my oil water heater with an electric water heater. CMS took responsibility for the minor electrical work, so that I didn't have to coordinate an electrician. I was without hot water only from the morning to mid-afternoon. They took away my old oil water heater, capped the oil line, and capped the exhaust duct. (2) Backyard spigot: they installed a new spigot and indoor ball valve for shutoff. The new spigot has its shaft through the wall and turns off the water indoors, so that if I forget to close the ball valve and open the spigot for the winter, I will likely not have a burst pipe. (3) New laundry plumbing replaced a dented pipe and included a shutoff valve that conveniently shuts off both hot and cold water if I'm leaving for a vacation, to avoid a leak from my washing machine or its hoses (4) Kitchen faucet was replaced."
