"The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"I had a great experience with this company - this is a longer review but the short version is they were wonderful and I would recommend them without hesitation. The longer version: Curtis was extremely responsive when I contacted him regarding a leak both by phone and by coming out the next day to evaluate the issue. They were also able to get the repair done relatively quickly considering my leak showed up the same time everyone else’s did right after our 1st big rain storm of the season. DHT was one of three companies that came out to give me a quote and this inspection was the most thorough; he checked all of the attic spaces in addition to the roof to make sure there were no other leaks that I just hadn’t seen yet. He was also the most respectful when explaining the issues to me, including showing me pictures from his inspection. DHT’s price point was midway between the other two quotes I received. More importantly, one of the companies that came out seemed pretty unconcerned whether or not I excepted their bid, while the other told me I needed an entire roof replacement for multiple “issues.” Neither of the other two companies were thorough enough to check the attic for additional concerns. When I asked Curtis about his thoughts on whether a roof replacement was necessary immediately and/or a good idea right now, he was very clear that there were some issues that needed to be fixed but that the roof could last several years with good maintenance and proactive work. He also was very honest with me when I tried to schedule a service that he thought was not appropriate for this time of year at a potential loss for his own business. Lastly, there were remaining materials after they completed the repair and they left those behind for me so that I would have them if something else came up at no additional cost. Having had my fair share of disappointing contractors, it’s nice to have someone I can refer others to without hesitating. There’s something to be said for a locally owned company that’s seems to be very invested in growing their business through solid work an excellent customer service."

"I was told I needed a new roof immediately by 2 other roofing companies. Aaron's opinion was that I could make repairs and replace the roof in 3-5 years. The work was completed quickly and professionally. The bill was $300 below estimate, even after I requested that they clean off the moss as part of the work. I couldn't be happier and will hire Aaron to replace my roof in a few years."

"CJ came and spent some time with me during the initial estimate. Very pleasant salesman that's easy to relate to and very detailed on how the whole project would be done. The crew that came out to replace my roof were quick, polite and cleaned up well after each work day. (2 days for the roof) Three Tree Roofing provided a huge dumpster for them to throw the debris in which was parked in my driveway, and a honey bucket for their use. There was one issue I had with the skylights and installation, but it's not enough to sway my opinion of this company. The company that Three Tree hired to replace my gutters were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly as well. I've hired many contractors over the years and have never been so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend them. Last thing I should mention......... I received a nice little gift in the mail after the project was completed. Nice touch!!"

"The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everything from picking the siding, colors and scheduling was a stress free experience and the owner is EXTRMELY knowledgeable about houses from the foundation up. They were even able to get me on the schedule sooner than expected! The whole job was completed in just a few days and my house felt instantly more snug and solid through the rest of winter, and it's been staying nice and cool this summer. The team was courteous and professional. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and at the end left my property free from even small amounts of debris. 10 out of 10 experience!"

"I hired Atlas roofing for my roof rework on two units. They were very professional and straight forward from the beginning (estimate) no sales pressure, no drama, very straight forward and presented the materials right. Pricing I feel was very fair / if not a steal after I saw how well of a job they did on my house. My only complaint was that my project manager went on vacation so there was some miscommunication with the details of my work but Berry handled it in a very professional manner and was very responsive in my communication with him. "After I purchased my little â Fixer-Upperâ , everyone that came to the house to fix things always made a comment about our roof. When we purchased this house we were told it was a â New Roofâ that has just been put on in March of 2020. When different workmen kept mentioning it, I finally listened and got qualified roofers over to get their opinionâ ¦..and when they agreed, I got bids on a new roof. I got four bids and one was from Temo with TJ Roofing LLC. He went up on the roof and when he came down he sat down with me and told me that I really had a major problem going on with my roof. His honest and caring discussion with pictures and a video of him lifting a corner of a shingle and pulling out a nail with his fingers lead me to choose his family-owned company to take care of my roof. His bid was very competitive to the other bids and very fair. It did not take long after they began to remove the shingles to see what was really wrong with the roof. Whomever had put on the new roof â just put on new shingles over really rotted wood and broken joists. The roof did not have enough vents and the two that were there were blocked and not installed correctly. Temoâ s team worked diligently and quickly and had the roof of the house and garage replaced correctly within 3 days. Their concern for doing a great job and respect for my property showed each and every very long day that they were here. They worked very late one day to be sure that the roof was sealed as we had heavy rain and winds in the middle of the job. I stopped counting on how many times these athletic men went up and down the ladder, lifting and carrying tools and equipment and throwing rotted plywood into their dumpster truck. The cleanup was as meticulous as the job that they did and they even matched the roof of the dog house to the house and garage.
