I have used Vanguard in the past and was very happy with them, so I called and got an appointment for Monday and was OK being without water for a day or so. David (tech) texted me 30 min later and said he could come earlier on Monday which was great, and when I explained what was happening in more detail, he offered to come out right then, on a Saturday! I explained that I could wait until Monday, but he insisted, and was there in a hour, and had it fixed 45min later. Thank you David! And if you are looking for a plumber, don’t go anywhere else!"

That promise was a key reason I chose them. Sadly, what we received did not reflect that commitment. The AC unit installed was not the higher-end model we were led to expect, and the discrepancy only came to light after the fact. I left messages for upper management and the owner, hoping to discuss our disappointment and give the company an opportunity to acknowledge where things went wrong. To date, I have received no return call. That silence speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service and accountability. This experience has left us feeling misled and disappointed. What should have been a straightforward and respectful transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal marked by poor communication, broken promises, and a lack of integrity and money out the window. Now that we’ve paid thousands of dollars, to include a one-year service agreement, I find myself asking: do I even dare have them come back? Can I trust them to do right by us?
