"This work was done on April 5 and 6. It took 2 days because we just bought an older home in Sarasota and the sellers didn't do much in the line of fixtures (all capped off) and there were some inspection issues that were not resolved that required repairs to clear the Florida 4 Point Inspection Report. Mike worked on Thursday, April 5th and returned with Nick on Friday, April 6. They worked very hard for 2 days at installing the lights, corrected non grounded outlet issues, reverse polarity and, capping off live wire in the crawl space, trouble shot an outlet and suggested a sensor for the outdoor light pole, and a few other items. Mike and Nick worked so hard that I thought it only fair that they were working through lunchtime to then go to another job--- I ran out to get them sandwiches. Please take care of your technicians when they are working this hard, I learned this from my dad who was a true southern gentleman. I was impressed by the professionalism and the text and email confirmations for the appointment. We have more projects in the future and we will be using Luminous again and requesting in advance the same technicians."

"We had our septic pump replaced and during the digging process an underground power cable was broken which killed power to the pump as well as our shed. The Septic company does not have an electrician. I called Top Flight Electric and Brent and Daniel were dispatched the same day. They dug 2 separate trenches to run pipe and wire; one to the septic pump and one to our shed. They then ran all the cables to breaker boxes, tied them all in and covered in the trenches. At the end of it all, everything was up and running, looking good and up to code! Brent and Daniel are an amazing team!"

"They were exemplary! I've never owned a generator and after their visit, I already feel like a pro. The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. After a quick discussion upon his arrival, I opted to just have the ceiling fans installed. No outlet or light switch work was performed. The price was higher than some of the other companies for the same work, but it was still within the range of what others in the area have paid."
