Larry came out to provide an estimate and right out of the gate he showed his interest in wanting to know exactly what was wanted and the understanding of the high expectation I was demanding. Got the estimates for the sunroom, sales manager came promptly and gave the estimates, very reasonable estimates, but after looking at the review online and enough reviews for the sunroom, really thinking about hiring them for the job. If I get guarantee on workmanship and schedule, willing to consider giving the job to them. ***can't say if I hire them again at this time, as the job done and see their workmanship"

As with any job, things come up, (Appliance delivery for one) but Juan worked with me to make sure everything was right and to my liking. From a galley kitchen demo - removing a wall and pantry, to all brand new cabinet, sink and appliance installs. Jack and Russ helped us go from a rough drawing of what we imagined we were looking for, to a beautiful room with side to side windows wrapping from end to end. "I cannot recommend BP Screens enough. We extended the roof of our lanai and had a screen enclosure built around our pool. From beginning to end Bill made the entire process as painless as can be even as difficult as it was in this current environment. He was upfront about costs and timelines and even predicted some possible delays that might occur. As we were building our pool, it seemed like building our roof extension and screen enclosure would be the delay in our project, but on the contrary, he was ready to go before we were. Throughout the whole process Bill was responsive and honest about cost and timeline and was onsite often. Never once did we doubt the quality and craftsmanship of our finished product and he did not disappoint. We would not hesitate to recommend Bill and his team to anyone and would certainly use them again if needed."

"The permitting took about a month which they prepared us for. The crew worked in the 97 degree heat taking down our old cage and putting up a new one in 3.5 days. It is a 2 story cage. They were meticulous and the workmanship appears excellent. We are very please with the appearance and sturdiness of the enclosure."
