"In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"Hired Jason Johnson to alter the shape of our fence as we wanted to keep the dogs visible and not allow them to go into the woods. The job was supposed to start on Wednesday, April 23 but it did not. It started Friday, 4/25. Was supposed to be finished Sunday 4/27/25. It is now May 16 and he has been nothing but dishonest and lazy. Wayyy too many excuses and this job is botched. The bottom of a gate is a foot from the ground; both large dogs can shinny under. He stopped communicating with me and says I've threatened him which is a complete lie. He's been gone for days at a time when he was picking up parts. Don't hire him; not a man of his word and a lousy work ethic. My husband has tried dealing with him; Jason jerked him around to. He's got his money so it's my fault for trusting him. Lesson learned buddy...I hope you never get hired again."
