Those photos were key evidence for my State Farm claim. I had contacted four roofing companies before—none of them came close to the level of detail Brian provided. 2. Brian joined the insurance meeting and helped me WIN approval When State Farm sent their adjuster, Brian came immediately—even though they arrived early. He waited patiently for the third-party inspector (who was late), and then walked them through every problem area. He clearly explained the hail damage, the leaks, and exactly why it needed approval. Honestly, State Farm is famous for being strict, but with Brian’s help, I finally got approved for a full roof replacement. I was so relieved and grateful. 3. He also helped me get approval for interior repairs There were water stains inside my house caused by the roof leak. Fast, clean, and high quality. They also found a few issues (like an old dryer vent), took pictures, and sent me updates during the day so I always knew what was happening. Every step felt responsible and transparent. 5. Great communication, great local company From emails about payment, to warranty details, to color selection—they were always clear, quick, and helpful. It feels good to work with a local, trustworthy, professional company.
