After agreeing to the offer he was able to start the job the following day. Juan did the majority of the work and was very pleasant and did a good job. I am very pleased with the work. The work consisted of removing rotted clapboard and sheathing. Install new sheathing and clapboard, chalk seams and removing all debris. I agreed to do the painting myself seeing that I have the time to do it and will add pictures when I finish."

He was unprepared for the wetlands hearing, denied prior agreements, and claimed my $60,000 payment was for work worth less than $3,000. Hidden costs appeared that any reputable contractor would have included upfront. He twists words, insists you ?don?t understand,? and pretends to help while helping only himself. For a simple job he might be passable, but for any addition, reconstruction, or major work, avoid this company. Always demand everything itemized with clear expected delivery dates before signing or paying, or you risk the same costly exploitation."

I had them replace it with Trex material. he kept me informed and answered all of my questions. When I wasn’t here, he would send me pictures showing me what was going on. One of his guys he has work for him, whose name is Jamie, is also very nice and very accommodating. Very pleased with this company.. "

Their truck left before the insulation spaces were full, but they closed up the roof. It doesn?t meet building code. Our roof is featured on the Muto website, but not the scratches in the protective coating meant to ensure roof longevity. The scratches were made by a crew installing the ridge boards and chimney flashing. Their most experienced roofer said this was his first time installing metal chimney flashing. We called Muto 3 months ago and Jasen sent a drone over the house and said he?d ask the manufacturer and get back to us. We?ve sent two reminders, but we have heard nothing. We should have realized their inexperience at the outset when they couldn?t provide photos of completed metal roofs. We cannot recommend them for metal roofs or insulation."

"They were highly rated so i went with them. They provided a project manager that didn't oversee the job and failed inspection because of common mistakes. They blames the window on me for having incorrect size. we eventually got he correct windows they didn't finish the deck properly the cut corners and made excused that it wasn't in contract and i had to pay extra for their inconsistencies. the electrician put thermostat on floor so i couldn't see it.They Blamed everything on me. now the final bill came in and they marked up the bill for a 30 percent markup. I called another contractor to evaluate the work and boy did he find all the hidden things i knew were already wrong. Im not a contractor by the way but i have eyes. "

"I had a terrible experience with Roofers Edges & Siding Inc. We decided to replace the roof for solar system, and hired them to do the job. Remember: you are not hiring Kevin but his crew!!! The communication was extremely poor. At first, despite Kevin agreeing to use an ice shield for the front of my house, his crew was unaware of this requirement. I saw they are using the wrong material, and I had to contact Kevin at the installation day to ensure they were doing the job correctly. It was frustrating that the crew couldn't understand English, and Kevin himself never showed up at my house after the initial estimate. To make matters worse, the roof replacement resulted in a severe water leak problem between my chimney and roof. I asked them to fix it, but they failed once and never showed up again even though they provided an one-year warranty. At very beginning, I fully trusted them, and didn't check regularly, eventually I found the leaking problem persisted several months after the replacement the roof! Despite numerous attempts to contact Kevin, he consistently failed to respond to my calls and texts. Instead, he tried to blame the issue on a chimney problem, and told me they can do a water test, but that never happens. I eventually had to hire a new company to look into it, and they found out that the FLASHING was NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY!!! and I can see the sky from my attic. I had to pay extra money to redo the flashing job, and Roofers Edges & Siding already lost my trust. The lack of professionalism continued when they claimed to have applied for a permit for the job, and I trusted them. However, several months later, I found out that there was no record of the application with the town. When I contacted them, they said the issue is an incorrect address, how un-professional they are! Overall, I would not recommend Roofers Edges & Siding Inc to anyone. Their poor communication, lack of professionalism, and shoddy workmanship were unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofer, I suggest you look elsewhere."
