"I had called another plumber and never received a call back, so I called Pilewski. The office made an appointment for two days later (they could have responded the next day, or sooner for an emergency, but the time and date we agreed upon fit my schedule best). The crew arrived 10 minutes early in a van clearly marked with the company name. Two men came to the door and introduced themselves; both wore shirts with the company logo. They were not clean, but I would not trust clean plumbers who were clean at that time of day -- they were not afraid to get down and dirty. They repaired all my issues with a minimum of fuss, had all parts/tools necessary (another local plumber I used two years ago had to make THREE trips to the hardware store for basic parts) and were done in a little over two hours. I did not ask for an estimate and my charges were for the service call and labor. Parts only came to $6. They took a look at some other bathroom issues and gave me a "back of the envelope" estimate that seems reasonable. Overall, Pilewski did a good job for me and they will be my first call when I need a plumber. The only reason I gave a C for price is I hate paying for anything. The price is probably reasonable and was less than I paid for an easier job to the guys who had to make 3 trips to the hardware store."

"Reeves Plumbing had availability on short notice, (scheduled less than a week), requesting work to be done. The initial request was to install a new water pump supplied by us. Two days before the scheduled job, we recognized that the hot water heater needed to be replaced and the new unit would also be supplied by us. It wasn’t an issue to add the request to our work order. The technician quickly assessed the scope of the work and recognized additional assistance would be required to complete the job in a timely manner. This change in work scope was our fault as there was a slight change in what we needed accomplished. Within an hour an additional plumbing technician had arrived. As the job progressed the company owner had stopped in to check the job progress and ensure company standards were being met. As the system was restored, Reeves Plumbing identified problems with our well’s foot valve, explained the problem, and demonstrated the impact it had on our water system. It was the end of the day when this issue was discovered. Our home is old and the wellhead was buried requiring an excavator to uncover it. Early the next morning, Reeves Plumbing was back onsite with heavy equipment and worked through heavy downpours to complete the job. Everyone who worked on my water system was easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure all of our plumbing needs was met. Cost of all work, (scheduled and unforeseen repairs), was fair and spot on with the industry pricing. I highly recommend using Reeves Plumbing & Heating!"

"The salesperson David was very honest and had no interest in upselling. He strongly advised against any interior drains for my basement, and he instead recommended an exterior drain called HydroBlox for my backyard. The estimate for the HydroBlox was $3,400. The installation occurred a few weeks later. Three employees used a machine to dig a trench in my backyard, and then because of utility lines, they hand-dug another trench in my side yard. They installed the pieces of HydroBlox and covered them with dirt. I expect the HydroBlox to properly drain the water from my yard, but if they do not, then I will update my review in the future."

"Got the entire job complete in one day which I was pleased with.  Explained the entire process and answered any questions I may have in the future regarding this system.  Did a great job in the basement, everything looks excellent, and was done efficiently.  Only complaint is they dumped some excess concrete down by my fence in the backyard.  That should have been put in their truck. <br />"

They left information if I had any questions and concerns that I could call. The rescheduled an appointment when I would be in town for them to run a sum pump. It was not just what they put in but how they did it with the detail and the professionalism involved. They left a perfect basement with a very smooth floor, it was cleaner when they left than when they came. It is not cheap but it is a reasonable price."
