"Cris was wonderful to work with from start to finish.  He is prompt, courteous, and professional.  On top of all that, he is an exceptionally gifted craftsman.  His work is done precisely with lots of attention to detail and his pleasant, kind manner makes having work done in your home seem easy.  I would recommend him highly!  Now I wish I could find a painter with the same qualities! <br />"

"During our full kitchen remodel, we decided to utilize West Tn. Custom Cabinets for a few reasons. Price was an early concern. I have dealt with both the prefab and the custom routes previously and West TN. was more in line considering the product. Real wood, excellent craftsmanship and a higher end look. Availability was also a main concern. The post covid material availability market was unacceptable for our time line. We had learned the hard way that the online dealers were advertising in stock only to advise us of long lead times on everything. West TN. could get there and get going without the ridiculous delays. The third and final concern were the small details. I am extremely ocd when it comes to level, square, paint finish, sight lines, spacing etc. I have had zero contractors that genuinely met my legitimate and honest expectations prior to utilizing West TN. Custom Cabinets. They met or exceeded them and also were detailed in areas I wasn’t aware were even critical until they pointed it out. From that point forward, I will use West TN. Custom cabinets exclusively. From my future vanity build, my garage cabinets or the next potential house I remodel, I will never consider using a different contractor again."

"Bobby Was extremely knowledgeable. I was Going to buy new cabinets and he was confident he could bring them back to life. They had glaze thickly applied and were very sticky. The transformation saved me thousands of dollars. I could not be happier. See the photos I have hired Bobby twice since the first renovation and I wouldn't use anyone else. Can highly recommend his company and service. "

"<p>Wonderful, wonderful craftsmen!. </p> <p>They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the look was exactly what I wanted and made suggestions that I had not thought of to complete the look. The finished product is perfect and I love it!!! I wouldn't change a thing!</p> <p>I recommend Keller's Cabinets highly! They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and worked with me and my crazy schedule!!</p> <p>They were a pleasure to work with, the outcome was excellent and I am 'one happy client'! =)</p> <br />"

"As a realtor, I’m always in need of a quality roofer that shows up when needed and does a great job. Jon and his guys are always just a phone call away! When we noticed a leak in our own roof, the repairman was at our house within an hour and took care of the problem. I recommend Elite to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy and friendly roofer!"

"Chris did a fantastic job!  I love my new kitchen cabinets!  I had late 80s or early 90s "pink pickled wood" cabinets.  Chris sanded, primed and professionally painted my cabinets.  He does the base cabinets and drawers on site.  He removes the cabinet doors, and takes them to his shop to spray off site.  He delivered the doors back to me the following week, as promised.   <br /> Also, I have a Kitchen Aid refrigerator with the wooden panel insets.  Chris painted the doors to match my kitchen cabinets, for far less than buying new inserts from Kitchen Aid. <br /> He always was punctual, friendly and a true professional.  He would always call or text and let me know when he'd be back, etc. <br /> I would definitely have Chris back again, and probably will. <br />"

FAQs for cabinets reface projects in Eads, TN

Absolutely. Refacing returns 65% to 80% of your investment at resale, and you get an updated kitchen right now. Because you’re not paying for new boxes or demo work, the price lands well below complete replacement but still delivers a fresh, custom look that buyers—and you—notice every time you walk in.

To trim costs, start by pricing a high-quality paint or gel stain instead of full refacing—stain alone can be one-third the price of full refacing. Keep existing hinges and pulls if they’re in good shape, and shop sales for sandpaper, primer, and sealer. The sweat equity is real, but so are the savings, and a careful DIY job can still leave your cabinets looking sharp for years to come.

A professional crew needs only three to five days to reface a standard kitchen, although a larger layout or intricate door style may add one to two days. Compare that with the several weeks a full cabinet swap can drag on. In other words, you get your space back fast, often before the paint on the new doors is even fully cured.

Yes, you can replace just the cabinet doors and drawer fronts without covering the cabinet boxes. Cabinet refacing involves installing new doors and drawer fronts while applying veneers to existing cabinet boxes. If you’re satisfied with the condition of your cabinets, swapping doors and drawer fronts reduces labor and materials, saving you time and cost. Always consult a professional to confirm compatibility and ensure a seamless, high-quality finish.

Most cabinet refacing projects do not require removing countertops because professionals can access doors and drawers around existing surfaces. However, if your countertop overhang prevents full access to the cabinet boxes, contractors may need to lift the countertop to install veneers properly temporarily. Discuss this with your refacing specialist during the on-site estimate so you know exactly what the project entails.
