Standout aspect of this project are: 1) Excellent Customer Service - Lorenzo took time to review the project with me and made adjustments to the design based on my preferences/concerns, these discussions took place prior to the start of work. 2) Excellent Project Execution - I was not in town at the time of installation, Lorenzo took time to keep me updated during the install by send me photos of the progress. He also paused work and took time to discuss a few issues that affected the agreed design. 3) Value for Money - I obtained multiple quotes therefore, I'm confident I received excellent value for money paid.
