"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

"I wanted to add a sunroom and deck to the back of my house. Stonehearth really listen to what I wanted to do and made suggestions on how to make my project even better. I liked their transparent pricing. It helped me see what things cost. The project management team was great to work with. They kept me informed about what was going on and when problems came up, they came to me with solutions. I would definitely hire them again. "

They helped us really visualize what we could do with the space and helped us through all the major decisions with guidance on what would look good based on my own interests and style. The crew that worked on the house was great too! They kept to the general timeline and communicated well. "Twin City Handyman performed a tear-out and install of a bathroom shower stall as well as other miscellaneous work on a second bathroom. They did an excellent job and we were extremely happy with the final product. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail! This was the second project they did for me and will definitely be using them yet again on more future projects!"

"Jay and his helper did a great job on a framing/subfloor repair project in my home. He’s very responsive, upfront, and easy to communicate with, something that can be hard to find with larger companies. A few issues came up during the project and Jay was always willing to work through them without hesitation. I appreciated that he was honest about what needed to be done and flexible with a smaller scope that other contractors didn’t want to take time with. Overall, a positive experience working with a small, local business. I would hire him again for similar projects."

"In addition to kitchen remodel, we also had all 3 of our bathrooms remodeled and upgraded. Also had our third car garage stall converted into a gardening center and woodworking shop. Workmanship was excellent! They were always on time, very courteous, and phenomenal communication. The work sites were partitioned from the rest of the house and their clean up was the best we've ever encountered. I have recommended Jenney Construction to several other people and they were very happy with their remodel."
