"The first team came on time early Friday morning to do the install. They quickly realized that the salesman had measured improperly and they didn't have enough carpeting. We made arrangements for them to come the next day instead. That was kind of annoying but luckily I didn't have that much going on the next day so I was ok with it. When they did come the next day the 2 man crew did a very, very nice job and cleaned up very well. The carpet looks really good but has snagged in a couple of spots already. That was one of the things I specifically asked the salesman because we have a dog and a couple cats and i was afraid to buy one they could snag and he assured me that it was not going to happen with that particular carpet...
