"My house sits on top of a bluff and when I had some septic work done and they had to cut into the hillside. And with all that rain it became unstable, worrisome at the very least. I called NW Construction and Jesus came that afternoon, appraised the situation, gave me a quote on the costs and began work soon after. He and his crew worked right thru this cold snap. The hillside is now stabilized with a very well built heavy cement block retaining wall that had to be built around the septic tank and septic-field pump. It is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend Jesus and NW Quality Construction and Hardscape."

We had an unexpected sprinkler line that was in the middle of our excavation area and he took care of that. "Three months ago my father, who thru fifty years of marriage and home ownership had dealt with repairs himself or been the one to do the hiring if a contractor was needed, was diagnosed with dementia. He had to be abruptly placed into a care facility. My mother was emotional and overwhelmed to say the least. Walking through the house, I could see how his health had indeed been slipping: home repairs were started but not finished, areas of upkeep and home maintenance he always stayed on top of in the past had been left to fall into disarray. One of these unfinished repairs was the laundry room washtub. My mother said it had a backed up drain. He asked that I take a few clear pictures, then send them to him so he could provide an estimate over the phone rather than having to charge me to drive out to the house and do a diagnosis. After looking through the pictures, Nick told me exactly what he would recommend doing to repair the tub. He provided written estimates that included both snaking the drain, and not snaking the drain, since I told him I was unsure if my father had done that part of the project yet already. He was able to get us schedule the very next day. I cannot say enough nice things about Nick or Pacific Crest Plumbing."

"Brian from Shannon Landscaping  came out and proposed a system of a French Drain for our yard to eliminate the lake in our yard from rain run off. The design was very thorough and exactly what we were looking for. The crew showed up exactly when they were suppose to and were able to finish in a day, they left everything very clean and back to it original condition. With all the Oregon rain this week it is working very well, I have no standing water any more. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

"Brett volunteered his time to help our kids'  school.  Anyway, he came over to look at our property and instantly had some great ideas, thoughts and suggestions.  He is extremely nice, friendly, and down-to-earth.  He listened to our thoughts, spent time canvasing and mapping the property, and then thoughtfully processed them into a design that he thought might work for us, inviting us to his office to look and possibly change some of the design if we wanted.  We were highly impressed with his responsiveness, his desire to make a design that we liked, his genuine nature, his easy-to-work-with-attitude, and his overall professionalism.  We're kicking ourselves that we didn't find him sooner when we had another landscape project that we hired out,  but if we decide we need help with our landscaping project in the end, he'll be the one we call. Highly recommend.
