At Midtown Plumbing, we believe plumbing service should be straightforward, honest, and done right the first time.\n\nWe're a locally owned company, not backed by private equity, not driven by sales quotas, and not here to upsell you on things you don't need. Our focus is simple: deliver high-quality work, communicate clearly, and take care of every home as if it were our own.\n\nIn an industry where many companies have become corporate and transactional, we've built Midtown Plumbing around accountability, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships. When you work with Midtown, you're not just another job, you're a customer we intend to take care of for the long run.\n\nWe show up prepared, do clean and professional work, and stand behind everything we install or repair. Our goal isn't just to fix the issue, it's to earn your trust every time we're in your home.\nMidtown Plumbing: Built on quality, not volume.

"Question answered. After some energetic snaking produced only mud and gravel, we declared it either to be a "collapsed pipe" or a catch basin. Technician snaked a neighboring pipe to see if there was a back door into the suspected catch basin, but no luck. Next step: find someone to dig up the old basin then install a sump pump w. basin."

"Great, I would definitely hire Nick again, he is a fantastic plumber and knows his craft. I've hired him in the past to install a new exterior hose bib and he excelled at that project as well. He is very reasonably priced, responsive, punctual, professional and does high quality work. What more can you ask."

"I would recommend this company!!!! A woman and a man were the team, and she seemed to be the leader. He cleaned the ducts and did a great job. She took off all duct covers, washed them in the laundry tub, and then put them all back up. One of them did the dryer vent--don't know which. They were soooooooo professional and yet friendly. Before they left, the woman doubled checked the areas of work and used a small hand vacuum to vacuum up any dust or particles left over. They were great! I think each team should have a woman on the team because women notice the small things! Before they began, they asked for a "walk through" so they be sure to cover all areas. Our house is a U shape so it was a good suggestion!
Last year we had another company who did the worst job ever!! I never was sure the ducts were actually vacuumed, and they had to come back THREE times because the duct covers kept falling off. What a great contrast between the 2 companies!!

"Our CPVC house piping had a lot of water hammer. After turning on the washing machine, I walked out for a moment, and then when I came back in water was dripping from the ceiling exhaust fan onto the washing machine. We have a two story house and they ran the hot water plumbing from the water heater in the garage through the laundry room ceiling. I removed the exhaust fan and could see water dripping from a tee way back beyond reach. The water hammer from the washer likely caused the fitting to start leaking. I turned the house water supply off and sent a message to Simpson plumbing through Angie's list. A lady from Simpson plumbing contacted me right away the next morning. She was courteous, but was having a hard time understanding what the problem was. Maybe I was giving too much information or something, but when the plumbers arrived later that afternoon they didn't understand what was going on. I ran through what happened again and showed them the wet spot on the ceiling. They had to cut an opening in the ceiling and we turned the water on and confirmed the leak. We moved my washing machine out of their way and they cut out the CPVC tee and replaced it with PEX. The piping was brittle so it took him a couple of attempts to get a straight cut which is why I called them to mess with it. After installing the PEX tee, we were leak free and at my request they provided a reference for the drywall repair. He also advised getting some water hammer arrestors installed on the supply lines to the washing machine to stop the water hammer, which I have since done."

"Adam was safe, courteous and fixed an undersink blockage for us. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself, explaining everything he was doing and why. He also cleaned 2 outside gutter drains and diagnosed 2 others that had breakages or collapses. We would recommend him highly. We live in Beaverton, OR."
