I recommend John Scott Roofing 100% hands I asked 10 roofing contractors to come out and give me a price on Owens Coring Duration Designer with peel/stick water barrier. 1-John Scott does his own estimates and goes over all the points needed for a successful roof replacement, prep, warranty and answers all questions, no pressure. ***THIS INCLUDES the signed statement he has paid for materials. WHAT THIS MEANS you will not get a lien on the products installed if the roof company fails to pay for their materials. 2-No down payment and uses their own license and the installers were professional, and cleaned up every nail. 3-Price was the lowest even with a premium product. JS did not charge extra for the premium product either. 10 estimates: John Scott was the lowest, the second closest came in $600 more. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working.
