"We did have a few hiccups whilst these projects progressed, but we worked through them pretty seamlessly. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he is definitely detail oriented and a perfectionist when it comes to his work. I couldn't be more pleased with the results in both my bathrooms. He went above and beyond what I expected, he did paint touch ups and added really nice trim to my shower, and he always cleaned up before he left. I do plan on hiring him again to do my fireplace - promise no glass this time! :)"

"In addition to resolving the basement water issue they did other small jobs I needed done at a reasonable price. In the middle of all agreed upon scope of work I asked to add installation of a new front door and storm door and they took care of it with no problem. I expect to hire them in the future for additional work I need done."

"Ross is very quick, clean, pays attention to detail, understands exactly what we had envisioned and makes it happen! He has done several remodeling jobs at our home. Any project that we need completed, he is the one that we call."

"I needed a bathroom fan, a kitchen faucet and blinds installed. He asked a lot of good questions about the project to give me a good estimate. He was prompt, and well prepared. He came with a plan for the installation he was going to do and got right to work. We hit snags on the kitchen sprayer and the bathroom fan and he explained the option to make it work and about how it would affect the original estimate and I didn't have any problem with his solutions. He went and got the needed tools and materials. Then he got right back on it and finished up quickly. The installations were all clean and haven't hard any problems. Definitely will hire again!"

"They did an amazing job. Our lives are changed forever. We want to name our next child “Shere Kan.”"

"I can't say enough good things about Spartan Contracting! They took over a renovation project that a previous contractor had left unfinished, and not only did they complete the work, but they improved it beyond my expectations. One of the biggest parts of the project was redoing my staircase, which had been left in an unsafe and non-code-compliant state. Spartan Contracting not only brought it up to code but turned it into a custom-built masterpiece. It truly feels like a work of art in my home. Beyond the staircase, they also worked on my bathroom and other areas, and every aspect of their craftsmanship was top-notch. The team was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled, but what really stood out to me was their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. They included me in every decision, making sure I was comfortable with each step of the process, and they were always responsive to my texts and calls. Finding a contractor who is not just technically skilled but also artistic and communicative is rare, and Spartan Contracting is exactly that. Their work speaks for itself, and after this experience, they will likely be my go-to contractor for future home renovation projects. If you're looking for a team that delivers quality, integrity, and craftsmanship, I highly recommend Spartan Contracting!"

"We were very satisfied with the work product provided by LP Services team. They provided a reasonable bid for our project in a expeditious manner then started right away. The team was friendly and worked to make the project easy and smooth. They made every effort to ensure we were happy with the outcome. Large house painting project completed with nice detail. Would be happy to suggest them to friends and would use them again without hesitation."

"Francisco- the owner of Aurora Service- is hands-down the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. I am so impressed by him and his crew I will never hire another contractor again if I have any work in the scope that his team can accomplish. After I posted my job description on Thumbtack looking for a contractor to renovate my rental property, he contacted me within an hour and came to meet me on the job site that very night. He wrote up an informal estimate on the spot and provided me a professional, formal, written estimate with timeframe and contract the next morning. He is honest and very competitively priced. I signed the contract and he started work that very day. His crew worked late into the night many days to finish the entire remodeling job in two weeks (and would have finished earlier except for some surprises that came up in the work along the way). He sent me progress reports with photos of the work every day. He provided me nice samples of products to choose from for flooring and picked up all the materials and supplies for everything. After working with so many contractors in the business I cannot say enough good about him. He and his crew went the extra mile and repaired bad dishwasher plumbing they discovered while refinishing the cabinets without charge. Their work is exceptional and professional. Everything I hired them to do was done to the highest standard. They left the job site clean and on time. I will hire Aurora Service for all my renovation needs (which are many) and plan to keep them working for me for a long time."

"They did a great job. Very responsive. They did exactly what we asked. My new bathroom looks so good-- now I have to work on the rest of the house, or get them to. I didn't worry about having strangers in my house--nice people."
