As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. I did not feel valued as a customer, nor did I receive the level of service your company promotes. I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss this matter and understand how you intend to resolve it. "

"The process from quote to finished product is fantastic! Carey came and gave me a quote for the work that's needed in our study room. I requested for an immediate date as I have a personal situation that requires the work to be done soon, and they delivered. The team came and did the work for 4 days, installed hardware for us as well as replaced outlets and faceplates with no extra charge. They were very pleasant, courteous, did the work cleanly, and left us the paints for later touch-ups if needed. I am getting them for another work on the construction side because of the result of this work. Thank you!!!"

"Excellent experience with Ken at Coventry Workshop! Ken gave me hands-on training and let me assist with our kitchen demolition / remodel. He even taught me how to cut tile and lay an entire tile floor! What’s more, Ken helped with measurements and had wonderful design suggestions that we used when working with the retailer where we bought our cabinets. From start to end, Ken was there and guided me along the way. Couldn't have done it with out his expertise. I learned a great deal from Ken and look forward to the next home project with him. I would highly recommended him to any family and friends. In addition, my mother-in-law always calls Ken for projects / repairs in her historic home. She trusts anything he does will be quality work and will also maintain the historic look of her home."
