"First off let me say these guys are great.   <br /> I have a lake cottage with a well.  Over this winter my pump and very old and bad water filtration system were destroyed via freezing, age and me not knowing all of the steps to shut them down. <br /> North East water came out, gave me a quote quickly for a superb water filtration system and with a great price for the install.   <br /> Their product removed all the iron and sulfur smell from my water which has plagued us at the cabin for the past 35 years.  I now have clean, clear water and a filtration system that does not require filters, chemicals or maintenance. <br /> If that was it that would be enough but I have to say that these guys were wonderful.  I needed some more work done on the house and they were able to replace a toilet, run a connection for an outside hose and repair several pipes.  All of their prices were great and they were always on time, worked hard and fast and did superb work.  I can't say how pleased i was. <br /> Now the icing on the cake for me is that they will come out this fall and walk me through step by step shutting down the cottage, making sure nothing freezes and allow me to document it all (I'm going to make a laminated book!) <br /> In short if you are looking for great, professional and cost effective people to install a water filtration system please use these guys. <br />"

There was some sort of a glitch, but the head plumber wasn't available, but he got on the phone and sent someone within 15 minutes. The man, out of the goodness of his heart, came by to see what was necessary. He stopped the water from going crazy from going all over the place and did what he could, and came back the next day to finish the job."
