"I had a water pressure issue in my home. Called for help and Loren showed up. Found the problem. My pressure tank needed some adjusting and an old unused water filtration system needed to be bypassed. Loren did a great job and he was very pleasant. Highly recommend"

"Unfortunately I didn't have time to read reviews on the brand of hot water heater installed. It was a Bradford White. The reviews are horrible. I guess I just have to wait and see how long it lasts. There were also complaints on the water heater relating to the warranty."

"Our hot water heater started to leak in the morning...I called and the service man Jim was here in an hour. His service on the new installation was excellent. He drained and took away the old broken heater. I would definitely us 4 Power again."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
