"It went extremely well. I called Jason, owner of the company, to schedule the appointment. He was able to schedule my condo in less than a week. Michael was the man that was assigned to us. He called exactly at 8:00 a.m. to tell me he would be 15 minutes late. He arrived exactly 15 minutes later. Michael was totally professional, friendly and efficient. He went through my list repairing each item. He even went above and beyond what was on my list by repairing things I had not included. I asked him to use caulk to fill a hold on the rear of my bathroom counter. He noticed that the caulk on both sides of the counter needed extra caulk so he went ahead and completed the work. When fixing the window Michael noticed that the window shade did not go up properly. He removed the shade and fixed it so it would work properly."

The amount of carpet they removed was incredible (it really needed stretching!) and it looks great. They were able to get the work done the same week I put in the request, did an great job communicating, and cleaned everything up afterwards. Would use again without a doubt."
