"Great over-all experience with Fence and Deck Depot from the initial estimate to fence installation. Salesman was very knowledge about their fence products and did not pressure to buy. Office staff kept us well informed about the fence installation scheduling. The crew did a excellent job installing the fence and before they left washed down the vinyl fence and completely cleaned up the yard. A few weeks after the install we noticed one gate needed tweaking. They came the very next day and made the adjustment. The quality of their vinyl fence material is well above any other company we received bids from. We would highly recommend this company."

"My wrought iron porch railing was dangerously loose when I bought the house. Parts of it pulled up and would fail if someone leaned against it. By agreement, Jablan infused epoxy or concrete or something and drilled deep screws through the base plates of the railing into the concrete, securing it solidly without any further give. Also, sanded down some rust spots and thoroughly repainted the entire railing, which looks great, like new. They proactively added some concrete patching, unrelated to the railing itself, but apparently, since they had the concrete mixed they filled a few weathered spots and a big gap in the stairs due to the ground settling down over the years. This guards against further weathering and water leaking under the porch. It was unexpected and highly appreciated. Great job overall."

"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."

"H&F Exteriors was awarded a contract in July 2023 to replace porches of my daughter's house (front - partial and back - complete) in St Louis. When initially meeting with H&F's Project Manager, Phillip Raphael, I was impressed with his understanding of what we wanted done. It was clearly reflected in the scope of their bid (compared to other contractors) as well as the schematics which used existing pictures of the porch areas with overlays of planned construction. Less than a week after contract award, he set up a group text with himself, me, my daughter and his Production Team. I have dealt with many contractors - both personally and professionally - and must say the communication throughout the entire project was as good as anything I have experienced. Within a month, the Production Team assumed the lead and provided regular updates on material delivery and construction timing. Phillip continued to touch base periodically as well to ensure things were moving forward satisfactorily. Since I live out-of-town from where the work was being done, he and his Team coordinated everything with my daughter and kept me in the loop on progress. During construction, there were a couple issues my daughter brought to their attention and they were quickly addressed to her satisfaction. At the end of the job, a punch list of a few remaining items was completed, all extra materials were removed and the jobsite was cleaned up without any follow-up needed by my daughter. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with H&F and will definitely be including them on bids for any future exterior improvements."

Melissa and Mustafa helped us get started and Suvad did the work. It was unbelievable how professional and courteous he was, and he went the extra mile a few times such as tightening screws that were not flush with the decking to begin with, replacing screws to the posts that were of more proper size, double checking replacement step samples even bringing us samples to make sure we were happy. "To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again.
