"If anyone ever needs any plumbing done for whatever reason, The Original Plumber was EVERYTHING!!! They text you information about the tech that's coming to do the job so you know exactly who's doing it. Whoever came up with that idea needs a raise, cuz that's a genius thing to do (especially for a young woman like myself). The tech I had, David, was so great! He educated me on everything every step of the way, which eased my mind significantly as a new homeowner! Then he recommended a great company to me when he saw the water damage, and knee I needed additional help. I 100% would recommend them and re-hire for whatever I needed."

"Andy, the certified plumber from Henson Mechanical HVAC & plumbing, was very punctual. I was told to expect a plumber between 8 am until noon, and Andy came at 9:30 am. He was very friendly and got right to work installing a new 40 gallon water heater. The job only took him about two hours. After he completed the work, he showed me how to re-light the pilot light if it ever goes out and explained what he replaced. He also, free of charge, helped me remove an old cartridge from the shower in my master bathroom since my shower had been dripping. I had already bought the new cartridge at a big box store, and he was happy to install it for me. There were no other "catches" to the deal for the new water heater I bought through Angie's List, for which I was very glad. I would highly recommend Henson Mechanical HVAC & Plumbing and would call them again for any plumbing needs.

"After trying to get several other companies to answer phone calls and schedule an appointment, the dispatcher was very friendly and quickly took down my information and told me that I would receive a phone call soon, up to 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive at my house. about 2 hours later I received a phone call from the plumber who said they were about 10 minutes from my house. I met them at the house where the plumber quickly determined the problem was a hair clog and he unclogged two shower drains in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that the drains were running clear. While trying to open one of the drains the cover was broken, he tried to replace it, but determined that the age of the fixture was too old for what he had on had. He told me he would have to special order a new drain cover. He recommended that I instead visit a home improvement store where i could purchase a generic cover for $1-$2, a much cheaper alternative.

"I live in a rental property, and this is who they sent to my house when it flooded. They not only addressed the flood VERY quick, but were in and out and very nice. They even scheduled all their follow-up after hours so I would not have to miss work for this. I am not sure the cost as I rent and do not pay maintenance here, but I would recommend them to anyone who asks due to their professionalism and the quality of work they did was amazing!
