We did call hey Mr. cotton in Louisville who is in the same ZIP Code as we are in. He was reluctant to come to our address because he felt it was too far. But he did offered to come to our home reluctantly. But he would not come for the "even an Angie's list or our plumbing problem. Therefore we contacted Lenhart's plumbing which is a much greater distance from my home and they performed the necessary plumbing had a much llower cost and want to have a harsh. I even gave us a senior discount . They were very courteous and careful to clean up any debris. We recommend them highly.

"With the recent snow melt and the rain we are having this may be a timely recommendation. I hope you don’t have this need, but if you do I would like to recommend Master Service Company. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point. "1 year later Mold, mildew, odor, soggy corners gone Our basement improved 100%. It is beautiful livable space. They let you know what caused and where leaking and damage is stemming from. Pictures taken during your personal tour of your property foundation inspection inside and out along with air quality testing. They waterproof & don’t offer cleanup afterwards. That’s your responsibility. Looking back I recommend except for laundry machines, refrigerator or deep freezer; to remove basement furniture any carpet before the operation. Best for everyone involved."
