"these were 2 separate jobs done several months apart. the first job of 2 pumps went extremely well. They re-dug out 2 pump pits and put sealed units and ran pipes out. All done perfectly. The window well system took a long time to schedule, which although I was getting impatient, I understand this was a busy year for this type work. However when they came out the job was done incorrectly the first time with several miscommunications . However, I admire companies that stand behind their work and strive to make the customer happy. Thanks to Dina and Gia at BQ they sent a crew back out to fix the deficiencies and they did the job right and to my satisfaction. With any job, occasionally things wrong, but standing behind your work and having integrity and good customer service is the key for me and that is why I would highly recommend them."

"Everything went very well. The team communicated schedule and expectations clearly and checked in daily. The crew worked quickly and responded to all of my concerns. They cleaned up daily and a final crew did cleanup again . I would also like to note that I was very happy with the fit and finish of the install. The flashing and counter-flashing was beautiful and left me feeling really good about the work completed. I am stickler for details and the clean lines of the flashing and new gutters really looked good."

I really needed estimates on a variety of services, anything from insulation to a quote on a bathroom upgrade to replacing my front door! Kip arrived on time, as scheduled and was so very knowledgeable and helpful. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "Great experience working with Frank and his crew at Basement Waterproofing, Etc.  Frank installed an egress window along with a crock and sump pump.  It was not an easy install to say the least due to the root system of a 10 ft shrub that needed to be removed.  Frank and his team were relentless and made it happen.  All quality materials used (Zoeller pump and Wellcraft egress system).   To quote the building inspector, "The contractor did a good job and did all the right things."  Great light coming in and safe basement for the kids.  Thank you!
