"I'm extremely pleased with the product and service provided by Perfection Metal Roofing. I had my house roof as well as 2 barn roofs replaced and it made an impressive difference. Everyone from the company, from the first call until the job was finished, was easy to work with and provided answers to my many questions and concerns. They were very efficient, timely, considerate, hard-working, and cleaned everything up very well, which I appreciated. I will recommend Perfection Metal Roofing to my family and friends or anyone interested in a metal roof. Good job - thank you!"

"A representative from Avalon Roofing, named Chris Greening, was the first person to stop by for a roofing and gutter estimate that I'd requested from many companies. Chris was right on time and when I arrived home from work he had already surveyed the job that needed to be done and was on the roof taking measurements. Ultimately, the shingle that I wanted and needed was in "short supply" and not readily available (Pandemic related issues). Chris knew that he might not be able to fulfill my request but still put in the time to explain "in detail" all the facets of proper installation and warranty - Avalon offered a 50 year warranty. Of the 6 people that I talked to, Chris was the most knowledgeable and dedicated and followed up with me consistently, over the following days, with valuable information. Ultimately, Avalon's pricing was the "most competitive" at $10,800 for the premium shingles and a 30 foot gutter install with downspout. The other companies ranged in pricing from as low as $9600 (not premium shingles) to upwards of $16,000 for the premium shingles with gutter installation. *For reference - this was for a home with two roofs, upper and lower, that required 60 bundles of shingles, one piece seamless gutter with downspout and single layer roof tear off with 3 Chimney flashings to replace. If you need an honest expert to assist you, call Chris Greening at Avalon Roofing."

"Wonderful. Its beautiful. Done in 1 day. The access to our roof was tricky. So there was some minor damage to our giant Hostas. ( they needed thinning) and there was damage to the eves trough wich was totally replaced by Armored roofing. "Had the best price we found. House is a ranch style with hip roof, so lots of surface. We hoped to get it done before winter, but weather did not cooperate until spring. Once started, all went quickly. They did a great job cleaning up every day. Cost a little more than estimated due to needing to replace more damaged plywood, but not unexpected. Result looks good. Owner did touch-ups himself and sealed some cracked chimney mortar."

"Excellent. They were here within a day or two of my calling. They came on time and were done in a timely manner. They also checked over a couple other places that were questionable on the roof and fixed them. This is the second job they have done for me and I would call them again."

"I had tried installing a new French Patio Door and could not get it to close. I called Swans based on the reviews here. He scheduled an appointment and came down and quickly determined the issue. He took the time to explain why I was having trouble and how he had two options to correct it. He had the door installed within about a couple hours and did not even charge me the full estimated cost of 250. He offered to do the rest of the install work (foam insulation, reattach brick mould, etc) but I enjoy that stuff. I will definitely keep him in mind when I have another project I need help on or someone to do for me
