And he paid attention to my budget so that all the additional work ended up being manageable. And the finished work is beautiful! I am very grateful to him and his team. "Poor attitude and damaged tile when installing a glass shower enclosure. Time it took to get installed after paying more than a 50% deposit was extensive due to poor measurements. Overall feeling of being taken advantage of. Do not recommend and wish I had gone with the vendor I had originally chosen. Not professional at all. Finding reputable venders on the Cape is very challenging!"

"The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."
