"We were having trouble with the melting snow and then rain water building up next to our foundation and knew we needed it fixed. We saw Echo Excavations signs locally so we decided it was time to call. Incredibly reasonable completion time and he has a mini excavator so he was able to do really precise work and you can tell he cares so much about what he does. He is already working on a second project for us to take down some trees and clear some land to open up our backyard for our two kids and are thrilled. My daughter loves when the owner Echo, comes with him she is the sweetest husky you will ever meet."

"Wow! Unbelievable! If we ever have a water problem again, Pioneer will be the only waterproofing company that we call. We were getting some water in our basement which has a stack-stone foundation and radiant floor heating. We interviewed three companies and were particularly concerned about a solution that would stop the water without compromising the radiant tubes that were in the floor. Initially, Pioneer recommended a baseboard system that would run along the outside of the wall. Upon inspection, Mike Oliveira discussed a traditional drain to sump pump solution. We reiterated our concern about puncturing a tube in the floor and Mike assured us that he and his team would hand chisel potential problem areas to avoid the tubing. Moreover, this solution would save us roughly $2K and give us a lifetime guarantee vs. a 25 year guarantee on the baseboard system. The team showed up on time, cleared a 50' span of concrete by Noon, uncovered two sections of radiant tubing without puncturing the line, installed the moisture barrier, sump pump and new concrete by 4 p.m. They had to drill through a hefty header board to connect the pump line to an existing drainage line that carries water away from home and that was completed by 5:30 p.m. Mike came back in a week and we tested the fix using free-flow from our sprinkler system -- it worked perfectly. Subsequently we've had some consistent spring rain and absolutely no water in the basement. The team (including sales, service, billing, installation) was professional, courteous and available when we had questions. They saved us money, fixed our problem and provided a lifetime guarantee. We're both ecstatic and amazed!"

"Wendell installed a drainage system for me and has returned to maintain it. He and his team know their stuff! They scheduled me quickly, were responsive to my calls/messages, and educated me about the system and it's care. I highly recommend Wendell and Key Waterproof."

"This past winter, we moved into a house that had a newly finished basement. However, we soon discovered it would occasionally flood. (Yes, we got money from the sellers.) We had a french drain installed, a new sump pump with three pumps, and a dehumidifier. The worst part of the process was waiting for the appointment. It booked out like 3-4 weeks! The workers (Emilio, Carlos, Kyle, Ricky, TJ) were really polite and kept me informed of what was going on. First off, I said I'd hire again, BUT I hope I don't have to!!"

"It was so much easier than getting a dumpster. I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! With the bullbag, I paid one set price and the cool part: I got the bag back to refill again and again. This company also recycles most of what is collected so less ends up in a landfill.
No better business bureau complaints.
One set price to empty.
I get to reuse the bag over and over."

"We hired Kyle to cave in our in ground pool and grade our backyard. One side of our yard was elevated higher than the other and he was able to level it out and remove sooooo many rocks!!! He went above and beyond what we asked him to. He is courteous, professional and completely reliable. We will be hiring him back for many additional projects that we have and will be highly recommending him to everyone."

"Michael and Ben installed a new driveway for us, along with a group of their staff. Since they were also doing other projects in the nearby areas, they did the work very efficiently (within a couple of days in total). New apron was added and the drive way looks beautiful. We are happy with the quality of the work, the efficiency, and their competitive pricing. They were nice and easy to communicate too. Overall it was a nice experience."

"Good all in all.  They were busy so took a bit longer to get the job started along with weather delays.  They cleaned up each day.  I wanted to keep costs low while replacing what needed to be vs. completely removing everything and starting from scratch.  I also did the painting and caulking etc. to save.  This worked out great and there was only one surprise that required some additional support installed."

"My Mother, recently passed away and it was no family secret that the house was in dyer need of attention, but after my father died my mom wouldnt let us disturb anything. After her funeral me and my other siblings did a tour of the old home and realized the exstent of the damages and nearly died. The home we all shared growing up was know more my mother and father always struggled to part ways with anything and often considered themselves collectors of sorts laughable" So anyway we were obviously torn on what direction to go,sell the property As Is or either bite the bullet and invest a sizable fortune back into the home. A few months later a very good friend of mines heard of a company that specializeed in such transition projects and referred me to TNTS I was immediately greeted by Brandon and his support team who presented me with barrage of options. They estimated the current value of the property, provided detail itemized estimates on repairs and cleanup After such a wonderful presentation we decided to hire TNTS. The package we chose consisted in packing, sorting, inventory the entire home, hauling away unwanted items and throughly cleaning the property throughout. Renovating the kitchen, bathrooms, restoring the deck. Painting the entire interior and replacing the exterior siding along with installing hardwood in the kitchen and living room. Then placing carpeting in 3 bedrooms. Since mom lived in the home for over 50 years and revered herself as a collector there team of techs had challenging task of packing inventorying, hauling away, the house was fully cleaned from top to bottom. As promised by Brandon the project only took 28 days from start to finish. They even went above and beyond and referred us to a wonderful realtor who sold our market ready house in less than 20 days upon completion. If you have multiple projects in one and you're looking to save time and money with a one stop solution I strongly recommend TNTS

Our total project was an unbelievable sucess and I owe it to the team of professionals over at TNTS
