"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"I called Dylan to seal up a vent pipe flange leak on a 24 year old standing seam metal roof. Left a message, and he got back to me the same day. The following morning he came out despite the hot & humid weather, sealed up the metal flange, and installed a protector over the flange boot.
