We had luxury vinyl flooring put in throughout our living room, kitchen, and hallway?and the first time I walked in after they finished, I honestly just stood there for a minute taking it all in. "Kevin Rider has completed several jobs in my home. His painting is exceptional and his knowledge and remodeling talent is admirable. Kevin has a knack for problem solving and the end result of his work is beautiful. He has renovated two half baths in my home, painted walls and replaced a drop ceiling in my family room, and stained a large multi level pressure treated deck. Each room he has worked on has felt completely transformed when he finished. All work has met or exceeded my expectations, and he looks for ways to save the homeowner unnecessary expenses in every remodel job. "I thought it was too much money to spend at that time so I fixed the door myself.  It was a nice experience.  I'm sure that they came out at a reasonable amount of time but I was not in a big rush anyway.  I may have to get the door finely replaced and that's going to be a while to do."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"In summary I have to say Richard was  excellent!  He came when he said he would and finished the work when he said it would be finished.  As I solicited multiple bids for the work NE Renovations was among the most competitive.  As the work was completed I was so pleased I ended requesting he come back to do additional jobs.  He was very accomadating and even explained various options on how best to accomplish the additional work.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
