"Our refrigerator stopped working on Christmas Eve. I called For a repair the day after Christmas thinking that it might take a week to get an appointment. Dave said that he could come right out that day. While there to fix the refrigerator, we mentioned that the dryer was making a horrible screeching noise. He fixed that too. He did need to order a part for the refrigerator but was able to get it going perfectly until the part came in. Once the part arrived, he returned to do the final repair. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
