"My hot water heater broke down and Rick called me almost immediately after I submitted my request on Home Advisor on a Sunday. Said that he'd be out Monday afternoon, but arrived at my house early mid morning with 2 helpers. Simply outstanding experience! The stairs to my basement were "shaky" and Rick did not feel that they were safe to bring the new water heater in and the old one out. While the two other helpers were busy replacing the water heater, Rick worked the entire time to repair my stairs. And that was definitely needed! When he was almost finished, he was concerned that the repair job may not hold, so while his helpers were finishing the tank replacement, Rick went out and bought some long screws to secure the stair repair job!!! All at no extra charge! Also replaced the cold water input valve to the tank at no extra charge. He charged me what he quoted me upfront. If you need any kind of home repair/contract work done call Rick! Don't mess around and take a chance with your money and time! Great people and companies like this are hard to find. He did all building of the bar, flooring, installed lighting, wall coverings, electrical, plumbing, etc. His work and attention to detail are amazing. "As far as my wife and I are concerned it really did appear that the whole project went without a hitch. The first day was demo day. The job required Matt and his crew to come through our garage, down a hallway and into our bedroom to get to the job. They did all the things necessary to make sure the area was covered and protected from any kind of dirt or damage.. Once they got going there really wasn't a lot of back and forth going for tools and whatnot. Apparently they went back there with most everything they needed shut the door and went to work. When the day was over they cleaned everything up and left. The bathroom was clean, completely usable and ready for the next days installation. Same thing the next day they came in worked all day. And at the end of the day we had our new walk in tub. For us, it really did go that well.. Our condo is built on a slab so the electrical work had to be done through the attic. I went up there to get something after everything was finished and couldn't hardly tell that anybody had even been up there.. I honestly can say that we have no complaints. ACC was here on time, the workers were clean and well mannered. They worked non stop all day, cleaned up afterwards and at the end of the two days we had our new walk-in tub as the only evidence that they had been here. We highly recommend them."

"I remodeled the bathroom and the tub was left to do so the easiest way  was to refinish the tub instead of ripping it out and upsetting the tile work among other things. I haven't seen the work yet as im an out of state owner so I reserve the right to change feedback when I get to town.i was told its suppoed to be white and shiny and clean like my tub here in my apartment. lets hope so, im confident.
