"In a word: Outstanding! Spring broke at 9 PM, and door would not open at all. Searched Angie's list and emailed Mike at 10 PM. Called Mike at 7 AM the next day. Mike arrived at 8:50 AM. Both doors were working beautifully by 10:15. He also did some minor maintenance on the doors. I really appreciated the quick response. Mike is a real pro! He replaced the single spring with a double spring so we can still open the door if one spring were to fail. I used his Angie's list coupon and saved a few bucks. I will definitely call Mike next time we need garage door repairs, and spread the word to friends and neighbors."

He took several pictures and did a great job of walking me through the installation process. Install date was communicated in advance by Jim the production manager - Foreman Chris and Jamie - introduced themselves and texted photo of their team. Work was done in a timely manner and clean up was thorough - Photographs were texted throughout the installation allowed me to see the progress - 40 ft of roofing boards were identified as damaged and the photos were a big help in the decision to replace them. Ron the General Manager was accessible and did the final walk through of the work. I would recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone in need of a roof replacement or repair. Work was completed on house and free standing garage in 1 1/2 days. Gutters were also cleaned. One bit of advice for the home owner - schedule your satellite recalibration in advance of the install - in my case Direct TV was 4-7 days out on the service calendar"

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."
