"Excellent! John Doig was called ahead of time and let us know he may come closer to the latter part of the one and half hour time window. He did come as promised and inspected the now dry spot in the basement where water had seeped a couple of weeks ago. He asked several questions such as 1) how long we have lived in the house 2) Has water ever seeped in the basement 3) what is the age of the sump pump 4) Was there significant rainfall on the day of the seepage etc. Based on our answers he concluded that it might have been a one time occurrence. I pay a monthly fee of $64 for the premium package and when a repair call is necessitated, I do not have to pay a repair call fee to the company coming to my home. They also contact CP to confirm that the repair will be covered so that I am never surprised by an out of pocket expense. I also used CP last summer when 2 different components went out on my AC unit and both the repair visit and parts were covered 100% I have been with CP for over 5 years and as of today, have no complaints or issues so I highly recommend them."
