"After many years of Indecision we recently concluded it was time to put in a new kitchen. From cabinets, floors, walls, ceilings, appliances and finally painting - the works!!! We chose Capizzi Home Improvement Company. We had heard they were excellent and had a great reputation for customer satisfaction. We had no idea of the scope of the job and all the work they would have to accomplish. Needless to say this was a very smart choice on our part. From the start there was our designer Diana then to the Caroenters, Jimmy and Dave, the Electricians Dave and Andrew, the Painters Joshua, Jesus and Freddie and the Plumbers Bill and Charlie - all contracted through Capizzi. All were fantastic at their trades. Very professional and knew what they were doing. All of the above coordinated through Gary who managed it all! I would recommend this crew from top to bottom. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

The owner of this business is probably one of the rudest disrespectful people I have ever had to do business with. They are over priced for the work/service that they provide. You can certainly do better somewhere else, for that matter, anywhere else"
