He consulted with me about options and answered my questions thoroughly and patiently. He made getting these repairs done a priority and managed to get my house water tight before a week of heavy rains. And he paid attention to my budget so that all the additional work ended up being manageable. And the finished work is beautiful! I am very grateful to him and his team. If any other construction or repair issues arise in the future, I will definitely call him."

Overall feeling of being taken advantage of. Do not recommend and wish I had gone with the vendor I had originally chosen. Not professional at all. Finding reputable venders on the Cape is very challenging!"

"At first I rated them a 5 but they had me put in a review before the job was even completed. They used old tarp from previous jobs. There were debris all over my bedding and furniture from the old plastic tarp. If they needed new tarp I would supply them. Who knows what the previous projects had in their homes. I didn't notice till after they left. Yes, you definitely will need to vacuum. Which I expected, but not having to wash all bedding and vacuum furniture. The windows look good, but it's so much cleaning afterwards. So when they say you'll never notice they were there. Was not true at all. One of my bushes in the front were also damaged and trampled on."
