"This company was excellent to work with from beginning to end. My geothermal well pump that controls my HVAC was not working in the middle of August. I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

"Excellent service. I now feel secure knowing that my sump pump will go on if the power goes off. Unfortunately, I didn’t install the battery backup before the March storms. After Global had done several jobs for me in the past, I thought I was finally going to live without water in my basement but Mother Nature had other ideas. Luckily Bob came to my rescue rather quickly after the flooding. Now I KNOW I’ll be water-free. Bob has never tried to pressure me into buying something I don’t need or can’t afford but I wish I had bought the battery years ago when he first told me about it. I won’t make that mistake again. "Wayne did an excellent job. He is extremely honest and does meticulous work. He put in a high quality booster pump, replaced a circulator pump and pressure relief valve for a total of $1450.00. I thought this as a very reasonable price. I intend to use Wayne again for other projects. He maintains good communication. Initially when my booster pump failed and I had no water in the house, he came out immediately to take the old pump out so I could have water flowing again. I highly recommend him."
