"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"It took longer than he thought and was a difficult job to do. The house is old and can be difficult to have work done. But Mike was fantastic. He knew just what to do. Great to start the new year with my new system in the tub. As seniors we will definitely call him again for any plumbing problems. We hope he will be available when we do. "It was Saturday afternoon. When I saw water spreading on my basement floor, I called Nutmeg. Within 15 minutes, I got a call back from a tech. He said he could be here within 20 minutes, and he DID. He cleared the drain from the evaporation pan. All is well, and I was satisfied with the weekend charge. Super service. Have used Nutmeg in the past for my HVAC work, and will always use them in the future."
