"We asked Sergey to come look at our bathroom and give us a quote for a remodel. He spent about a half hour looking at it and another half hour talking with my wife and I to see what we were looking for in a completed project. This is our only bathroom so one of the needs was for the toilet to be reconnected every night when they left. Sergey had a crew working on the bathroom every morning. They gutted the room down to the studs, moved and in some cases replaced plumbing, electrical switches and the fan, put up water resistant sheetrock and a new subfloor. The room was painted, floor tiled and the tub and shower area tiled, a new vanity, tub, lights, fan, cabinet, medicine cabinet and toilet were all installed. Sergey and his crew were extremely professional and very detail minded. They cleaned the area every evening before they left and were always working on something. The craftsmanship of the work is exceptional, especially the tile work on the floor and in the shower area. Sergey was always available to field questions and touched base with us often to make sure we were happy with the progress. I would highly recommend using them for a quality and beautiful bathroom remodel."

"Sergey and his team once again met our highest expectations. We hired V&S in 2021 to do a complete bathroom remodel (total gut and brand new everything) and they were amazing so we hired them again for 2022 to do a complete gut and remodel of our kitchen. They removed an entire wall (separating dining room from kitchen) and cut into a load bearing wall (for a pass through). New tile flooring, new cabinets, new electrical, backsplash tile, granite countertops, all new appliances, etc. We were initially told 6-8 weeks but like many other businesses there were delays. Project took 20 weeks. Despite the delays we are so happy with how everything turned out. Each of Sergey's guys are polite, professional and really care about the work that they do. We are loving our new kitchen and highly recommend V&S!!"

"Ani and his brother were timely, communicative and sent updates when each piece of work was done. The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

"Joe and Chris exceeded all of our expectations with the job. The job consisted of having to remove the left side door frame and molding from our bathroom door which they took great care in doing thus minimizing any destruction of the plaster walls. They expertly installed the new frame and rehung the door perfectly. They also repaired out front exterior door which was out of plumb and not closing properly. And also replaced our exterior basement door. They also replaced a damaged tongue and groove knotty pine board in our stairwell leading to our upstairs bedroom. Joe and Chris explained everything they had to do to complete the jobs and Joes estimate was reasonable in price. They are both gentlemen with a professional attitude, friendly and easy to talk to about the work and a variety of other topics not related to the job at hand. I highly recommend them."
