The sliding windows are so much easier to open and close than the double hung. They estimated a 12 week wait time, but were able to obtain and install in 8 weeks. The installers were professional and efficient. They arrived around 9 AM and were finished and cleaned up by 2:30 the same day. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well.
