"In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. "Eugene and Dennis helped us with a large branch that landed on our roof. Luckily there was no damage but it was big enough where we could not remove it ourselves. They arrived quickly, were professional and friendly. They had attention to safety and making sure no damage was done in the process. They also were kind enough to give us a quote to help prevent any further issues in the future. They left the wood at our request and stacked it neatly and made sure all debris was gone. I look forward to working with them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for tree services in the future."

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

"It was fixed in a couple of days! While they were there, they noticed problems with my roof. Jacob came and showed me photos and explained what was happening with my aging shingles and not so professional roofing job that was done on my addition. He was professional and was in no rush to get out the door, allowing me to ask questions and giving me options. Needless to say, he gained my confidence in his company, and is now scheduling the replacement of my roof."
