This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. "We purchased this home on a Friday and decided earlier that week that the hardwood floors needed to be refinished before we moved in the following week. Allen stepped up and offered to do the job over the weekend. The house is nearly 100 years old and it looked like a previous owner tried to refinish the floors themselves and it showed. The rooms also have baseboard heat so it made the job a little more tricky. Allen was hoping that he'd be able to get a smooth finish and in the end, the floor looked 1000% better. "It is rare to come across any contractor that is actually focused on quality and not moving on to the next job. We hired these folks to refinish 20 year old hardwood throughout our house and change the color. They did floor refinishing, railings, spindles, and expanded the floor with new wood into a new room. What I loved about them is that they put in the time to make sure that it was done perfectly. Matching old wood with new wood is not easy. When it was first stained, the owner did not like the color variance between the old and new, so he literally ripped it up and started over. We did not even ask him to do it. He just was not happy with it. Literally, the guys were on their hands and knees inspecting each plank of wood after it was refinished to make sure that there were no imperfections. They did not rush and cleaned up after themselves. Price was right in line with other bids we got, but in terms of quality, we received way more than we paid for."
