Not only did Mike walk us through the initial process and talk through every design decision, he was constantly on site during the project to make sure everything was going smoothly and correctly. Any small issues we had as picky homeowners were immediately inspected and corrected if needed. Mike went above and beyond, taking on small projects himself to get the details just right, even when we didn't really discuss it much at the beginning. He really took ownership of the whole project and cared about the finished product more than his bottom line. If we ever need additional siding, window or roofing work, Superior will be our first call. We've referred them to others and have been hired! Feel free to get other quotes, but you'll end up with Mike in the end!"

Also during the installation they tried to skip replacing plywood as we’d agreed upon without discussing with us first. Luckily my husband was home and caught the mistake. I thought the price was high but agreed it was a fair deal considering I’d already waited two years for other companies to do the work. I was surprised by how soon they were able to begin, and was kept in touch with the timeline by phone. The three fellows who came to do the work lived about four hours away, making it a very long day for them. They did spend one night in a local hotel, but then decided they’d rather be back in their own homes for the night. They worked nonstop until both a deck and a front porch were completed, the last day until about 10PM. They were very pleasant and polite. Their project manager visited and checked on the progress and completion. I wasn’t completely happy with the concrete padding, but overall so pleased to have the work done. Aside, my account went to a finance company that quoted me a different plan, and they don’t take credit cards."
