"Have used Mr Appliance in the past but unfortunately they seem to suggest the most costly option to repir instead of trying to fix the one component.  As the tech explained, these days the components can not be purchased separately so its not really their fault.  Ultimately my stylish dryer was not repaired, I purchased an old school, non-pedestal type that is much easier and less costly to service should the need arise in the future."
