"Williams & Associates installed a Buderus oil-fired boiler and stainless-steel chimney liner. Bruce's design was a significant upgrade over my 35-year-old boiler system. He clearly explained the process and installation, and he was receptive to my questions. Bruce is knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. The price was very fair, considering the quality of the work and other estimates I had gotten. I would not hesitate to recommend Williams & Associates."

"The work done was excellent. The plumber was also extremely personable and professional. The only thing I had a problem with was the high price. I guess I'm not used to paying someone else for jobs I used to be able to do myself."

"The water pipe in the ceiling had a small hole, constantly leaking water. The old gate valve needed to be replaced as well. James was very thorough and told us what needed to be fixed/replaced. He fixes those problems quickly and we’re very happy with his service."

"Did an awesome job installing a gas furnace. Was prompt and professional. Provided a fair price. Would highly recommend them. Thanks for a great job"

"Frank was very thorough. I had a new dishwasher install and he came to look at the setup and quote the job, and turned out he did the job the same day in the timeframe he quoted. He went through everything he did and made sure I was satisfied. I know he values his work when he said he warranties his work from any issues that may arise. I think I found my plumber for all my future plumbing needs!"

"Was quoted over the phone for the job, which was very reasonable compared to others. Alvin also got back to me right away with answers to additional questions I had. He was able to schedule the job right away, which we needed since a hot water heater went bad. The two technicians showed up early and were very courteous and thoughtful about keeping the house clean while they worked. Eric and Gael did a great job. They were fast and efficent. I would not hesitate to hire Alvin's again."

"He installed my water heater with fair price. He is very friendly and professional! I love him!"

"Great job with the new washer standpipe and utility sink drain and water supply. Thanks!"
