Before we found Troy, we had other box store installers refuse to take up the old laminate, while acknowledging the likelihood of bumps and bubbles without pulling up. Troy didn't flinch! When they come, any normal thing they have in their truck. So, you don't have to wait for them to go and get something. They communicate very well.
