They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "The work was done on schedule and within the estimated budget. In addition to completely removing a very steeply-pitched cedar shake roof, the original roof of the 100 plus year old house, the crew had to build the roof onto the house to meet building code. I chose a style and color and the crew of Pete Little Roofing did the massive amount of work.
The crew  cleaned up at every step of the work, were very careful of my two golden retrievers who were in the yard part of the time, and when our insurance company requested that the ornamental shake siding also be replaced Pete Little subcontracted a man who did the siding removal and replacement at the agreed price and within the agreed time frame.

They responded to my request for a bid very promptly, the price was very fair, and they got to work as soon as the weather allowed, finishing in just two days. "New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
