"Mr. Humphrey was extremely prompt and responsive to my situation. I had a family of skunks holed up under my porch/deck. He responded to my initial call almost immediately and was at my house that same day (on a weekend) to set the first traps. He took time to answer any questions we had and returned my texts usually within minutes. In less than a week, he trapped the entire family of 4 skunks and confirmed no further activity.
