"I have had several projects completed by Jakob and his company since buying my home in 2017. From little jobs to big jobs, Jakob is the only person I will trust with my home projects. His crew is reliable and hardworking. Jakob is hands on about EVERYTHING. From material orders placed, to deliveries, to getting permits, to scheduling inspections, to coordinating his crew for different jobs….. I honestly don’t know how he keeps it all running so smoothly. "Originally, I had a great review because the finished work looked great and when I was able to, I didn't see any shortcuts as the team that was hired by the contractor (Mohamed) was there during the week while I was at work. It was good...contracts signed and lifetime warranty was signed of the life of the work. Who wouldn't be happy. Just 2-3 months after the project was completed, problems started to occur. The shower items had minor low flow because of the water that was coming in from the street. They came. Then the handle that held up the shower hand device malfunctioned, the toilet installed was having sealing issues, and the sliding door for the shower was jamming. It took some time for them to look into the issue but when they came, they patched the shower device or seal (later to find out, it was just in drywall with a wood screw on no wood), told me they won't fix the toilet, and shifted and patched the sliding door. I had to get these fixed on my own then the ceiling light they installed doesn't work. I will have to get this fix on my own. I am very disappointed as they gave me all smiles until the last payment then after it was like them visiting to fix the issues was a problem. Again, the problems start in under 3 months. Let me not start on the kitchen. All I have to say is if your were going to take shortcuts and use crappy material, why waste each others time. I have photos of all the problems as well as the contractor."
